Valiente Ngobe Bulbe Indigenous Reserve / Bocas del Toro
After
breakfast, begi your boat tour through Punta Valiente reef and the rock
formations of Tiger Island. The indigenous people of the Ngobe community live
in this area. Here you will take a walk to Cerro Punta and then time to relax
in the beach.

Day 8: Chocolate Farm Tour / Panama
After
breakfast, visit the area which is part of the “banana republic”. Learn about
the process of making chocolate as well as the best tropical fruits such as
pineapples.

Day 9: Embera Community / Gamboa
Visit
the Embera Community, where you can learn about their culture. Watch them paint
their bodies with “jaguar” and walk through a Botanic garden. After a bath on
